With all of the systems it takes to manage a healthcare facility you need a central console to orchestrate it all. Enter a AN INTEGRATED FACILITY MANAGEMENT PLATFORM, you start with a real estate assessment so you have a picture of all your real estate assets. As you look closely at your new picture, you start entering in the systems as layers, IE: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, network, etc; and as you keep building on those, more specific area systems come into focus. Once your platform systems are in place you can build in requirements for the upper layer systems so they all communicate together.
After you have a good amount of systems entered into the platform, the console will start to take shape, and you should be able to quickly see the status of any system and make adjustments as necessary.
The efficiencies this brings in will be evident in operating cost reductions and overall improvement in maintenance of each system monitored.
